Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Norway Work Connector platform (“the Platform”). By using the Platform, you agree to these terms.

1. Platform Access

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information when using the Platform.

2. Purpose of the Platform

• Norway Work Connector is a platform intended for Norwegian company representatives and employers looking for workers in Norway.
• Approved users may browse candidate profiles and contact candidates directly through the Platform.
• The Platform may only be used for lawful recruitment and business-related communication connected to work opportunities in Norway.

3. User Responsibilities

• Users agree not to misuse the Platform for fraudulent or unauthorized activities.
• Candidate profiles and information on the Platform may not be shared with third parties or used for unauthorized purposes.
• Users are responsible for the accuracy of the information they provide on the Platform.

4. Intellectual Property

• All platform content, branding, design, and code are the intellectual property of Norway Work Connector / TB Group AS unless otherwise stated.
• Users retain ownership of the information and content they submit to their own profiles.

5. No Employment Guarantee

• Norway Work Connector does not guarantee employment, recruitment results, or business partnerships.
• We are not responsible for agreements, communication, or outcomes between users of the Platform.

6. Platform Availability

• We aim to provide stable and reliable access to the Platform, but uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed.
• We are not liable for temporary outages, technical issues, or third-party service interruptions.

7. Account Suspension or Removal

• We reserve the right to suspend or remove accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the Platform.

8. Privacy

• Use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
• By using the Platform, you acknowledge that certain profile information may be visible to approved company representatives using the Platform.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of Norway. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Norwegian courts.
