I have 20 years of experience in work planning and production planning for railway rolling stock.

My responsibilities included planning and scheduling preventive maintenance, fault repairs and damage repairs, allocating resources, and ordering materials. Close cooperation with customers and responding quickly to sudden changes in production and rail traffic were part of my daily work.

I also planned work shifts and worked as a recovery manager at railway accidents.

I took part in planning, implementing, and training staff to use a new ERP system. After its implementation, I worked as the system’s main user.

I can read technical drawings and have a good understanding of internal combustion engine technology. My areas of expertise also include continuous production improvement, Lean methods, and 5S.

One of my strengths is my ability to work well under pressure.
