I have worked in the care sector for almost 30 years. Most of my experience is in services for people with intellectual disabilities, where I worked for 18 years. I have also worked about eight years in elderly care.

I have occasionally worked as a substitute supervisor in different workplaces.

I worked for 17 years in a bilingual workplace, so my Swedish is good. I have completed five Norwegian language courses and I am currently studying Norwegian on my own using a book for healthcare staff. I understand written Norwegian well.
