I began my career in the Finnish merchant fleet and graduated as a Master Mariner in 2013. In 2011, I co-founded a company specialising in maintenance solutions for pressure vessels and storage tanks, mainly serving the petrochemical and refinery industries.

Over the years, I have gained extensive experience in project planning, execution, and supervision, as well as in HSEQ management within industrial maintenance.

Since 2017, I have also worked on a project basis in the wind power industry as a Rope Access Technician, specialising in wind turbine blade repair and maintenance. In addition to hands-on technical work, I have taken on Site Manager responsibilities, including planning work scopes and ensuring that projects are carried out safely.
