I have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (University of Applied Sciences), and most recently I worked as a shift supervisor at Fin-Terpuu Oy.

In this role, I was responsible for daily production management, staff resourcing, scheduling, work safety, and making sure production runs smoothly and meets quality requirements. I am used to working in changing situations and making quick decisions with production targets in mind.

My previous experience as a production manager strengthened my skills in people management, developing operations, and maintaining a strong safety culture. My technical background, together with experience in cost estimation and installation work, gives me a good overall understanding of production processes and how to improve them.

I am a determined and responsible worker.
