I have worked in the cleaning industry for 38.5 years. My experience includes practical cleaning work, as well as organising and leading the work.

I have worked with property maintenance, repair work, and yard work. I also have experience in metal work and welding (no certification): MIG/TIG, gas welding, and stick welding. I have done diamond drilling and sawing in my own properties.

I have experience in earthworks. I have over 1,000 hours with a mini excavator (with Rototilt) and over 2,000 hours with a compact loader.

I can operate boom lifts, scissor lifts, and personnel lifts in property and industrial sites.

I hold a truck driving licence (A, BE, C1E, C).

I also have skills in machine repair and maintenance. I have training as a car mechanic and one year of work experience in that field.
