I have worked as a restaurant entrepreneur for 21 years. Summers are busy, while winters are quiet. I close the restaurant for the winter and would like to work in Norway from October to April in the future.

I have previously done seasonal work in places such as Lapland and Koli.

I have a positive attitude, a good work ethic, flexibility, good teamwork skills, and I am hardworking. I am used to working long days.

Rotational work, for example 14 days on and 14 days off, would be ideal for me, but I am also prepared for changes in working hours at short notice. The main thing for me is to have plenty of work and earn a reasonable income.

I would prefer an employer who can provide accommodation. I am in excellent health.
